We are proud to share the success of our 3rd Annual BallenIsles Junior Cup with you! This year’s 2013 Junior Cup tournament took place July 20th and 21st on BallenIsles historic championship East Course, where many legendary players originally qualified for the PGA Tour. Showcasing golf’s next generation of male and female rising stars, this event featured 36 of the top elite players from the local community. Sponsored by Cleveland Golf and Srixon Golf, players received a Cleveland Golf Bag, golf shirts, hats and Srixon golf balls during a demo day following the pairings party that determined the “East” and  “West" teams.  Out of the 36 participants in this year’s event, 26 of them were returning players.

Individual matches were played on Sunday on 18 holes. The tournament allowed the junior golfers a chance to participate in a PGA Tour style event and to be treated like tour players. The 2013 BallenIsles Junior Cup players were even featured on a jumbotron in Times Square in July!

In the end, it was the East Team who won the 2013 BallenIsles Junior Cup event. Congratulations to all and thank you for your participation. Until next year!
